Shipping Information:

Standard orders are processed and shipped within 5 working days.

Expedited orders are processed and shipped same day.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Periogen™:

Return unused portion for a full refund or replacement.

Oral Irrigators and Dental Aids:

Please make your selections wisely. Dental accessories should be considered non-refundable as we consider these returns contaminated and therefore disposable.

If opened, please do not return. Defective tools will be replaced at our discretion. Defective Oral Irrigators should be returned to Global Tonic for replacement.

If unopened, return and we will refund the purchase price less shipping and handling.
